Hydrolysis product 3,5,5-trimethlyhexanoic acid: ready
biodegradable according to OECD 301 A (Harlan, 2010).
Regarding the hydrolysis product hydrochloric acid, biodegradation is not applicable due to the inorganic character of the molecule.
