Conclusions:
The TL50 of FAT 20075/A in Rainbow trout fishes was determined to be >1000 mg/L.
Executive summary:

An acute fish toxicity test was performed according to in house SOP (method A.11) validated by Ciba which is comparable to standard guideline i.e. OECD TG 203. Rainbow trout were used in this test. All the fish exposed to all three concentration were survived at 24 and 48 h observations. No mortality was observed till 1000 mg/l concentration for the duration of the test. Hence, based on the study results, TL50of FAT 20075/A was determined to be 1000 mg/L.
