- Principles of method if other than guideline:
- Testmedium: Härte 25mg/l als CaO3. Die Substanz wurde entsprechend der vorher ermittelten LC50-Konzentration angesetzt und dann 1 : 5 verdünnt. Das Testmedium wurde jeden Tag erneuert (semistatischer Test). Je 2 Guppis wurden nach 1 und 2 Tagen, der Rest nach 3 Tagen
getötet. Die Extraktion erfolgte nach der Methode von Edgerton et al. (1985), die Analyse mit Hilfe der Gaschromatographie.
Der Bioakkumulationsfaktor wurde auf der Basis des Fettgewichts berechnet, in der Arbeit ist er allerdings als log BCF angegeben. - GLP compliance:
