Relative self-ignition temperature:
304.8 °C

At the oven temperature of approx. 246 °C, there is the first rapid rise in temperature of the sample, which illustrates a first peak in the  graph. Next sample temperature reaches     a maximum temperature 509.8 °C. At the oven temperature of 304.8 °C, the sample temperature reaches 401 °C. The sample temperature exceeds the criterion value of 400 °C. According to the criteria of the  method  A.16  the  observed  phenomenon  indicates that the relative self-ignition temperature of the sample is 304.8°C.

Conclusions:
Relative self-ignition temperature of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) is 304.8 °C.

Executive summary:

The relative self-ignition temperature for DTPA-FeK was performed according to method A.16 Relative self-ignition temperature for solids. According to the criteria of the  method  A.16  the  observed  phenomenon  indicates that the relative self-ignition temperature of chelate DTPA-FeK is 304.8°C.

Description of key information
