Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The Tri (n-octyl) phosphine was not considered to be genotoxic in the Bacterial Reverse Mutation Assay.
Executive summary:

The Tri (n-octyl) phosphine was tested for mutagenicity in an Ames test.

TA-98, TA100, TA-1535, TA-1537 and E.Coli WP-2 uvrA were tested with or without metabolic activation in disc test and plate test.

No genotoxic effect were noted at the highest dosed tested.

The Tri (n-octyl) phosphine was not considered to be genotoxic in the Bacterial Reverse Mutation Assay.
