Additional information

Dissociation constants of pKa 8.1/9.2 have been calculated using an appropriate QSAR method. The result is considered to be reliable because it was obtained by the valid application of a well-established appropriate predictive method. Therefore it was assigned as key study.

Dissociation constants of pKa 8.2 and 9.8, respectively, were obtained from a handbook which has been subject to peer-review and in which the original data source is traceable. The result is considered to be reliable and supports the result of the key study. One further dissociation constant of pka 9.8 was obtained by an appropriate predictive method.
