Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Following the HPLC method performed under GLP conditions and according to EC test method C.19 and OECD test guideline 121, the soil adsorption coefficient was determined at neutral pH and pH 2 and 20°C (Brekelmans, 2013).

Additional information

The HPLC method to determine the soil adsorption coefficient of the registration substance revealed up to 8 (neutral pH) and 23 (pH 2) compounds to which a log Koc value could be attributed in the range of 3 to >5.63 (neutral pH) and 2 to >5.63 (pH 2) with a vast majority (75% at neutral pH and 83% at pH 2) showing a log Koc >5.63. Less than 1% of the compounds was attributed to the low log Koc ranges (2 to 3 and 3 to 4) (Brekelmans, 2013).
Other adsorption coefficient indicated as dimensionless:
- other: Log Koc at neutral pH: 11.4% in the logKoc range 4 to 5 , at the temperature 20.0°C
- other: Log Koc at neutral pH: 13.1% in the logKoc range 5 to 5.63 , at the temperature 20.0°C
- other: Log Koc at neutral pH: 75% in the logKoc range >5.63 , at the temperature 20.0°C
- other: Log Koc at pH 2: 9.7% in the logKoc range 4 to 5 , at the temperature 20.0°C
- other: Log Koc at pH 2: 5.9% in the logKoc range 5 to 5.63 , at the temperature 20.0°C
- other: Log Koc at pH 2: 83% in the logKoc range >5.63 , at the temperature 20.0°C
