Additional information

Derivation of PNEC values are not required for a Transported Intermediate dossier. Furthermore, the chemical safety assessment suggest that there will be little or no release of Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene to the aquatic and terrestrial environments.

Conclusion on classification

Based on a Daphnia 48 hr EC50 value of 2.8 mg/L and not readily biodegradable, Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene is "Toxic" to aquatic organisms and may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
