Description of key information

The pKa values of the mono- and di-condensation product of 400112 were calculated using the software SPARC online calculator.

The calculated pka values of the nitrogen (sp² hybridorbital) of the mono- and di-condensation product of 400112 exhibit a weak acidity (pKa =12.4 resp. 12.3). Also the oxygen of the mono-condensation product and the carbonyl O of the di-condensation product exhibit a weak acidity (pKa = 14.9). The nitrogen (sp³ hybridorbital) of the mono- and di-condensation product of 400112 exhibit a very strong acidity (pKa = -3.99 resp. -4.52).
