Additional information

The relative density of 2-(4-Amino-2-nitroanilino)ethanol was determined using the gas comparison method at a temperature of 20 °C and following OECD guideline 109 (Density of Liquids and Solids), EU MEthod A3 and the GLP.

The determination of the relative density was performed by three-fold measurements of two independent test item samples. The density is calculated from the difference in weight between the full and empty pycnometer .

The density of 2-(4-Amino-2-nitroanilino)ethanol was determined to be 1.433 g/cm³ (= 1433 kg/m³) at 20 °C.

The relative density was calculated to be 1.433 (dimensionless).

The density of 2-(4-Amino-2-nitroanilino)ethanol was calculated to be 1.433 g/cm³ at 20 °C and the relative density of 2-(4-Amino-2-nitroanilino)ethanol was determined to be: D(4)20= 1.433. This relative density test is classified as acceptable, and satisfies the guideline requirements for the OECD 109 and the EU method A.3.
