Description of key information
The auto ignition temperature and the potential of Acetophenon Fraktion to be a self-heating mixture was determined using the EU method A.15 according to GLP. The lowest observed temperature of auto ignition of the sample was 462 °C.
Ignition was observed after 13 seconds using five drops of the test item. The determined auto ignition temperature of Acetophenon Fraction is 460 °C. The test is considered valid and reliable without restrictions.

The test item Acetophenon Fraction has an auto ignition temperature of 460 °C and thus has not to be classified as a self-heating mixture according to the regulation (EU) No. 1272/2008 (section 2.11).
