other: Signs of toxicity related to dose levels: All signs of intoxication piloerection was observed in all dose groups, from 2000 mg/kg bw additionally sedation and increased salivation. Symptoms ocured 30 min after application and stayed up to day 11.

Deadths in 2000 and 2500 mg/kg:
The stomach was filled with yellow-brownish, partially solid mass, the stomach and intestine mucousa was redened. In each one female and one male of 2000 mg/kg the abdomen was filled with dark yellow liquid. In the female died at 1500 mg/kg the stomach was filled with an aquatic liquid , the mucousa reded and the intestine content black discoloured.
All animals which were killed at the end of the studydid not show any effects.
