Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The ring method was applied for the determination of the surface tension of the substance, in accordance with OECD 115 (1981), EU Method A.5 (1984), proposed updated version of EU Method A.5 (November 1989) and according to GLP principles. The surface tension of a saturated solution of the substance at 20°C was 72.4 mN/m. As this value is well below the cut-off value for surface active substances (60 mN/m), the substance is considered to be not surface active.
