The duplicate determination (experiments 2 and 3) showed unusual variation. Therefore, it was decided to perform a fourth experiment. As the fourth determination confirmed the result of the third determination, experiments 3 and 4 were used for evaluation. After cooling down, the test item was unchanged.

Executive summary:

The boiling point of the test substance was determined under GLP according to OECD 103/EU A2 guideline, by Siwoloboff (capillary) method.

The determination was performed in triplicate and the mean final temperature was retained (2 consistent results), and corrected to normal atmospheric pressure. No change in appearance was observed.

 

The normal boiling point (corrected to standard atmP) of the test substance was determined as 327°C.
