The surface tension mean value from the two carried out tests was identified to be 72.1 mN/m (+/- 0.6 mN/m).

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of the substance (solution concentration 1g/L) was determined to be 72.1 mN/m at 25 °C by using Wilhelmy plate method in accordance with EC A.5 guideline. Because the surface tension is not < 60 mN/m, the test substance is not surface active (according to EC A.5 guideline).
