Description of key information
Magnesium-diisopropanolate is hydrolytically unstable at pH 4, 7, and 9 and the halfe life is approx. 1 minute therefore the endpoint is waived for magnesium-diisopropanolate.
The hydrolysis product isopropanol is completly miscible in water at 20°C (water solubilty > 1000g/l) . The hydrolysis product magnesium hydroxide is poorly soluble at 20°C (water solubility ca 1.78 mg/l ).
