Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
Analysis of the 10, 32 and 100 % v/v saturated solution test preparations at 0 hours showed measured test concentrations to range from 4.6 to 47 mg/L. There was no significant change in the measured concentrations at 72 hours and so the results are based on 0-Hour measured test concentrations only.
Exposure of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata to the test item gave the following results based on 0-Hour measured test concentrations:
EC 50 (72 h ) : >47mg/l (growth rate) / 42 mg/L (yield)
NOEC 50 (72 h ) : 15mg/l (growth rate) / 4.6 mg/L (yield)
LOEC 50 (72 h ) : 4747mg/l (growth rate) / 15 mg/L (yield)
