Description of key information
No studies have been performed regarding the skin and eye irritation properties of the title substance. Based on the assessment of animal studies with two structural similar substances reagrding skin and eye irritation (LPT, 2013), it is concluded that the title substance is not irritating to skin or eyes.

Additional information
No animal studies have been performed regarding the skin and eye irritation properties of the title substance. Due to the fact that studies are available for two structural similar substances, further testing was omitted and a read across approach according to REACH Annex XI, 1.5. was chosen. A detailed text "Justification for a read-across approach according to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex XI, 1.5 using the reporting format for analogues according to the Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.6.2.6. for xxx" is attached to this endpoint summary.
Based on this evaluation and the available data of these two structural similar substances it can be concluded that the title substance is not irritating to skin and eyes.
However, since no definite study is available for skin and eye irritation a data waiver is claimed.
