Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The assessment of the test item on growth and emergence of three terrestrial plant species was carried out according to OECD Guideline No 208 and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). For testing the following species were used: wheat (Triticum aestivum L. Emend. Fiori et Pao!.), rape (Brassica rapa L. Emend. Metzg. ssp. rapa) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. Var. Longifolia Lam.) The following test concentrations were used:1, 10 and 100 mg/kg ( soil dry weight).
Taking into account the obtained results it was assessed that the test substance did not effect emergence and growth in relation to the control. Phytotoxic effects of the test substance on plants were not observed.
The concentration at which the change in emergence is 50% of that of the control (LC5o) is above 100 mg/kg dry soil. The concentration at which the change in growth is 50% of that of the control (EC5o) is above 100 mg/kg dry soil.
NOEC for all species and endpoints is 100 mg/kg(soil dry weight).
