Description of key information
In accordance with section 2 of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex XI, the flammability study (for gases required in Annex VII section 7.10) does not need to be conducted as the substance is a solid.
In accordance with section 1 of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex XI, the flammability study (for contact with water and pyrophoricity required in Annex VII section 7.10) does not need to be conducted as experience in use and handling has shown that the substance does not possess these properties.
In accordance with section 1 of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex XI, the flammability study (for solids as required in Annex VII section 7.10) does not need to be conducted as the substance has almost no vapour pressure, a non-existent flash point, and based on thermogravimetric analysis, no ignitable.

Justification for classification or non-classification
The notifiable substance is not flammable when in contact with water nor does it possess pyrophoric properties. As well, it has almost no vapour pressure, a non-existent flash point, and based on thermogravimetric analysis, is not ignitable. Based on this information, the data are conclusive but not sufficient for classification.
