The substance 4-phenylbutan-2-one does not meet the criteria for classification as given in Commission Regulation (EU) No 286/2011 amending for the second time Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The substance is not to be classified for environmental hazards on the basis of the available information on ecotoxicology, environmental fate and physical-chemical properties. Furthermore no classification applicable according to the specifications as set out in the DSD Regulation.
