Description of key information

Study 1 (carried out in 1999) only tested at pH 5. The preliminary analytical method development had indicated the impracticality of testing at pH's 7 and 9 using the established analytical conditions due to chromatographic interference arising from the buffer salts. The conclusion from this test was that the substance was slightly soluble (0.1-100 mg/L) with a result < 0.5 mg/l @ 20 C.

Study 2 (carried out in 2012), preliminary tests were carried out and it was determined that the column elution method be used for pH 4 definitive testing and the shake flask method was used for pH 7 and pH 9 definitive testing. At pH 4 and pH 7 - slightly soluble (0.1 -100mg/L).
