Description of key information

To assess the toxicity of the registered substance to aquatic organisms, QSAR predictions of reliability 1 (Klimisch rating) were performed for two aquatic trophic levels: algae and aquatic invertabrates. The aquatic toxicity of the registered substance was assessed using three validated QSAR models for the Mechanism of Action (MechoA) in question (MechoA 1.1, i.e. non-polar narcosis) (Bauer et al., 2018). The 48-h EC50 of the registered substance to daphnids was predicted at 12 mg/L (95% CI: 11 - 13 mg/L). The 72-h ErC50 and NOECr of the registered substance to algae were respectively predicted at 11 mg/L (95% CI: 9.6 - 12 mg/L) and 3.7 mg/L (95% CI: 3.2 - 4.4 mg/L).
