Key result
Test procedure:
burning time (test type not further specified)
Remarks on result:
other: substance does not ignite or propagate combustion by burning with flame

Upon contact with the flame, the test material metled. The test material did not burn when contacted with the flame or at any time during this test.

Therefore, the test material was not flammable and no further testing was required.

Interpretation of results:
other: Not classified according to EU criteria.
Conclusions:
Under the conditions of this study, the test material was determined to be not flammable.
Executive summary:

The flammability of the test material was investigated in accordance with the standardised guidelines EU Method A.10, under GLP conditions.

The test material was formed into a powder train (row). One end of the train was contacted with blue propane flame. The test material did not burn when contacted with the flame or at any time during the test.

Under the conditions of this study, the test material was determined to be not flammable and no further testing was required.

Description of key information

not classified

Additional information

The flammability of the test material was investigated in accordance with the standardised guidelines EU Method A.10, under GLP conditions. The study was awarded a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the criteria set forth by Klimisch et al. (1997).

The test material was formed into a powder train (row). One end of the train was contacted with blue propane filame. The test material did not urn when contacted with the flame or at any time during the test.

Under the conditions of this study, the test material was determined to be not flammable.

Justification for classification or non-classification

In accordance with the criteria for classification as defined in Annex I, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the substance does not require classification with respect to flammability.
