First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove affected person to fresh air.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
Emergency measure - Skin: Clean immediately with plenty of water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Feed enough liquid; seek medical advice and consult the
poison information center.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Water mist, CO2, foam, dry powder.

Product arising from burning: CO, CO2, NOx, SOx

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Self-contained respirator

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Moisten the spilled substance or cover it with inert
material before collecting. If possible, use industrial
vacuum cleaner.

Fill in dry containers. Cover the containers and remove
them. Clean the area with water. Avoid the formation of
dust.

Wear a suitable dust mask and impermeable gloves.

Handling and storage

Handling: Wear dust mask, rubber gloves and tight-fitting safety
goggles. Avoid open flames.

Use dust-proof filling / refilling systems.

Provide local extraction if necessary.

Storage: Avoid direct sun light.

Exposure controls / personal protection

-. Hygiene measures:
Avoid ingestion, inhalation, skin and eye contact. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene practice and any legal requirements.Wash hands, forearms and face thoroughly after handling chemical products, before eating, smoking and using the lavatory and at the end of the working period.
Appropriate techniques should be used to remove potentially contaminated clothing. Wash contaminated clothing before reusing. Ensure that eyewash stations and safety showers are close to the workstation location.
-. Eye/face protection:
Safety eyewear complying with an approved standard should be used to avoid exposure to liquid splashes, mists, gases or dusts. Recommended: tightly fitting safety goggles.
-. Hand protection:
Chemical-resistant, impervious gloves complying with an approved standard should be worn at all times when handling chemical products if a risk assessment indicates this is necessary. Use gloves approved to relevant standards e.g. EN 374 (Europe), F739 (US). Suitability and durability of a glove is dependent on usage, e.g. frequency and duration of contact, chemical resistance of glove material and dexterity. Always seek advice from glove suppliers.
-. Skin protection:
Personal protective equipment for the body should be selected based on the task being performed and the risks involved and should be approved by a specialist before handling this product.
-.Respiratory protection:
Respiratory protection by enhanced general ventilation (5-10 air changes per hour). Respirator selection must be based on known or anticipated exposure levels, the hazards of the product and the safe working limits of the selected respirator.
-.Environmental exposure controls:
Emissions from ventilation or work process equipment should be checked to ensure they comply with the requirements of environmental protection legislation. In some cases, fume scrubbers, filters or engineering modifications to the process equipment will be necessary to reduce emissions to acceptable levels.

Stability and reactivity

Danger other than fire: not known

Chemical reaction with water: The substance does not emit any toxic, explosive or
flammable gases by contact with water.
