At the end of the test undissolved Pigment particle were still visible. Following filtration the filtrate was clear and not coloured and pigment particles were clearly visible on the filter membrane.
Conclusions:
Based on the visual observation of the sample solution and filter membrane, the water solubility of pigment sample 0154N batch 981108 (C.I. Pigment Blue 1, CAS 1325-87-7) is determined to be <0.1mg/l.
