Additional information

The test substance did not meet the criteria for ready biodegradability based on the results of a ready biodegradation test using the CO2 evolution method. Biodegradation values did not reach 60% ThCO2 by the end of the study. The mean percent theoretical CO2 produced by the test substance reached 11.8% by day 29 of the study. The test substance was not inherently degradable based on the results of an inherent biodegradation test using the Modified MITI test. The percentage primary biodegradation of test substance was 63% on day 28 which was calculated based on the residual concentration of UPLC analysis. It was indicated that the molecular structure of test substance may be changed during the test and a small part of the change was caused by the abiotic degradation (the percentage abiotic degradation of day 28 was 19%), but the test substance did not completely decompose to carbon dioxide and water according to the results of BOD. There was no ultimate biodegradability of test substance.
