Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The substance hydrolyses immediately in water at 50 °C. Therefore the determination of the water solubility was not possible.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The preliminary test was performed according to OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, Section 1- Physical-Chemical Properlies OECD TG 105 (1995) EC Guidelines Part A- Methods for the Determination of the physical-chemical properties A. 6 (1992), OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, Section 1 - Physical-Chemical Properties, OECD TG 111 (2004), EC Guidelines Part C-Methods for the Determination of the ecotoxicological properties, C. 7 (1992). The substance hydrolyses immediately in water. At 50 °C the hydrolysis half-time

is 0.1 h. Therefore the determination of the water solubility is not possible. HPLC-MS- investigations of the test solutions show three degradation products, one with an exact molecular mass of 309 and two with an exact molecular mass of 281.
