Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The substance is highly water-soluble (>1g/ml at 20C) with a low potential for soil adsorption (log Koc <2.07 at 20C) and very low vapour pressure (8E-09 Pa at 20C). Mobility in surface or soil waters with little volatilisation into the atmosphere could therefore be expected in case of environmental release. However its hydrolytic instability (half-life 12h at 20C and pH 7) and inherent biodegradability (together with low bioaccumulation potential) make environmental persistence unlikely.
