Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance to aquatic invertebrates was determined in a GLP-compliant test according to OECD 202 (RCC, 2005).

In this study, Dapnia magna (4 replicates of 5 daphnids each) were exposed to nominal concentrations of 0, 1.0, 3.2, 10, 32 and 100 mg/L of the test substance for 48 hours (static). During the test, recovery of test substance ranged from 111 to 120% of the nominal concentrations. After 48 hours, immobilization was observed at 32 mg/L (15%) and 100 mg/L (80%). Using probit analysis, the 48-h EC50 was determined to be 60.2 mg/L (nominal concentration).
