Additional information

Data on the acute toxicity to fish and microorganisms are available (ECB IUCLID 2000). In a static acute fish test the LC0 after 48 h with Leuciscus idus was determined to be 100 mg/L (LC100 (48h) = 200 mg/L). The EC0 after 24 h in an acute toxicity test to Pseudomonas fluorescens is determined to be 10000 mg/L. Therefore, the test substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms. The inhibition of the degradation activity of activated sludge is not anticipated when introduced in appropriate low concentrations.
