The retention time of test item was determined parallel twice, and the two values were 8.427 min and 8.423 min respectively. The capacity factor k of test item was calculated by retention time respectively. The lgk of test item was brought into regression equation Y=0.492X-0.618 (R=0.988, the values of lgPow of test item were 2.732 and 2.732 respectively, the absolute difference of the two lgPow values was 0 units and the average of lgPow of test item was 2.732, the Pow value was 539.51.
