Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Half-life for hydrolysis:
70.8 d
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

In the Tier 1 study, hydrolysis of the test item was followed over 5 days at 50 °C at pH values of 4, 7 and 9. The Tier 1 study indicated that RCX 14-672 is stable at pH 4, but hydrolyses at pH 7 and 9.

In the Tier 2 study, the half-lives of RCX 14-672 were determined for the pH values, where the test item was unstable in the Tier 1 study. Tier 2 was run at 50, 25 and 15 °C, at pH 7 and 9, and hydrolysis was monitored for a maximum of 30 days or until 90% hydrolysis was observed. Hydrolysis was fastest at pH 9 and 50°C, and slowest at pH 7 and 15°C.
