Results and discussion

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The toxicity of the test substance was studied in an acute test on Daphnia magna in a limit test according to OECD 202. The organisms were exposed to a saturated solution of hydroxyprogesteronacetate over 48 hours. No adverse effects were observed. The EC50 ws higher than a saturated solution (Schering AG, 22 Feb 1995).

The study was conducted under GLP.
