Administrative data

First-aid measures

Inhalation:

Move the person to fresh air and keep him at rest. If he shows signs of illness, seek medical attention.

Skin Contact:

Immediately flush the contaminated skin with soap and water. If he shows signs of illness, seek medical attention. Remove the contaminated clothes and use clean ones.

Eye contact:

Flush eyes thoroughly with running water for more than 15 minutes and then seek medical attention.

Ingestion:

Let the person drink a large amount of water to force him to vomit. Then, seek immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media:

Powder, carbon dioxide, foam and spray-forming liquid fire extinguishing agents

Protection of fire fighters:

Wear protective gears in the fire-fighting operation, move containers to a safe place if they can be moved and spray water over the surrounding facilities for cooling.

Accidental release measures

Precaution concerning the effect on human body:

During operation, wear protective gears such as a mask, protective glasses and rubber gloves. Prohibit the entry of unauthorized persons into the leakage area.

Precaution concerning the effect on environment:

Prevent the leaked substance from flowing into the environment.

Removal method:

Recover the leaked substance into a container and dispose of it by incineration

Handling and storage

Handling:

Technical measure:

Handle the substance under the hood of a local ventilation system while wearing protective gears such as a mask, protective glasses and rubber gloves.

Precautions:

In handling the substance, don't expose it to direct sunlight or high temperatures (over 60C). Pay attention for the substance not to be exposed to naked fire, leak out or scatter.  Total fire ban when the content is handled!

Storage:

Appropriate storage conditions:

Seal a container hermetically and store it while avoiding its exposure to direct sunlight and high temperature (over 60C).  Examine the container periodically to check any damage, deformation or leakage.

Safe container packaging material:

As the material of container, stainless steel (SUS304) is the best.

Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements. Incinerate in suitable combustion chamber. Do not allow
