Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The pH of the reaction mass of neodymium carbonate and praseodymium carbonate is 6.3 - 6.6 at 20.0 ± 0.5°C (for a loading rate of 1.0 g/L in active ingredient).
Executive summary:

The pH of the reaction mass of neodymium carbonate and praseodymium carbonate was determined during a water solubility study performed according to EU method A.6 and OECD guideline 105 and in compliance with GLP, using the flask method.

Three samples were analysed at both loading rates of 0.1 and 1.0 g/L in active ingredient, after a shaking time of 24, 48, or 72 h. The pH of the test item was ranging from 6.3 to 6.6 at 20.0°C, for a loading rate of 1.0 g/L in active ingredient.
