Description of key information

The substance has no melting temperaure between -120 °C and 40 °C. A glass transition temperature was determined at -95 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A GLP study was conducted in accordance with the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. 102 "Melting Point / Melting Range" using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry. The GLP study determined that no melting temperature was found between -120 °C and 40 °C, even by addition of aluminum oxide powder as crystallization aid and annealing at -90 °C and -60 °C.
A glass transition was found at-95 °C.
