Preliminary test was performed from 30 to 200°C. Flash point was observed at 112.2°C. The test item was measured in the main test with two parallel tests from 97°C. The measured flash points of 2 -tert-butyl-1,4 -dimethoxybenzene were 111.3°C and 111.2°C, resulting in a mean value of 111°C.
