Executive summary:

This test using the procedures outlined in the ZCTC Study Plan for PCF2020-010-03, ASTM E 537-20 and “APPENDIX 6 – SCEEENING PROCEDURES” in “UN, Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria” (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.6)”. There was no evident exothermic effect when the sample was tested by DSC during the testing temperature range (50-500°C). Therefore, CR SB3A does not belong to “Explosive substance”.
