Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

The Self-Ignition Temperature (MIT) results > 600°C.
Evolution of gas is observed from 200°C, this gas bums in the presence of a flame above 550°C.

Description of key information

The Self-Ignition Temperature is the temperature at which a solid sample, dispersed in air in an oven as a cloud, is ignited by the temperature. The minimum value of the temperature at which the cloud takes fire is considered the minimum ignition temperature .

The Self-Ignition Temperature (MIT) results > 600°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
600 °C
