Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
475 µg/L
pH:
6
Remarks on result:
other: 24-hour test at 100 mg/L loading of nickel oxalate dihydrate
Details on results:
- The net change in total dissolved Ni over the 24-hour test period was 475 μg/L (σ= 16 μg/L; σ% = 3). This value corresponds to a dissolution level of about about 1.5% of the Ni in nickel oxalate dihydrate.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): slightly soluble (0.1-100 mg/L)
After a 24-hour agitation in the testing media, a dissolved Ni concentration of 475 μg/L from the 100 mg/L loading of nickel oxalate dihydrate was found in solution, corresponding to a dissolution level of about 1.5% of the Ni in nickel oxalate dihydrate. This result can be interpreted as slightly soluble in water.
