Effect levels
Sex:
male/female
Dose descriptor:
LD50
Effect level:
1 030 mg/kg bw
Mortality:
Death occurred at 0.625 ml/kg in onen male, three animals per sex at 1.25 ml, 10/10 at 2.5 ml/kg and 5.0 ml/kg.
Clinical signs:
other: Toxic symptoms included salivation, respiratory congestion, and slight ataxia at 0.313 ml/kg within one-half hour. Ataxia was also noted at 1 h and slight ataxia was observed at two hours. Symptoms intensified, in all animals, as dosage levels increased.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
