Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The water solubility of the test substance can not be measured, the test substance being highly insoluble.
Th higher solubility calculated for one of the three major components representing more than 85% of all the components is 5.75*10^-7 mg/L.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
0.001 µg/L
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

An experimental study was conducted according to the flask method, but could only provide a limit value of solubility < 10 mg/L from the preliminary assay, as the analytical method was non-specific.

Based on this result, QSARs (WATERNT v1.01 and WSKOWWIN v1.42) were run to appraise fixed values for the three first components listed in section 1.2 of IUCLID.

Only the result (5.75*10^-7 mg/L) obtained for the component 3 with the WATERNT QSAR was within the domain of applicability of this model.

Therefore, this lowest value among all the values calculated is used for chemical safety assessment (CSA) as a worst-case value.
