Additional information

Experimental data on the bioaccumulation potential is not available. However, according to three different QSAR calculations (US EPA T.E.S.T., US EPA EPISuite and Catalogic) the substance is not expected to bioaccumulate in organisms.

US EPA T.E.S.T. v4.01 (Consensus method):

- BCF = 4.03

US EPA EPISuite v4.10 (BCFBAF v3.01):

- BCF = 3.16 L/kg wet-wt

Catalogic v5.11.2 (BCF base-line model v02.05; out of parametric domain, 62.79 % in structural domain, 100 % in mechanistic domain)

- BCF = 7.43

Furthermore, according to ECHA's guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment R.11 an average maximum diameter of greater than 1.7 nm plus a molecular weight of greater than 1100 can be used within a weight of evidence approach to show that a chemical may be considered as not B (BCF < 2000). The molecular weight of the substance is 1197.94 and its Dmax aver is 2.5 nm. Taken these data into account, it is not to be expected that the substance has a significant potential to bioaccumulate.

In conclusion, the substance is not expected to bioaccumulate in organisms.
