Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
. The Melting point average, of this test, to be reported is 57°C
Executive summary:

A melting point tube was filed in triplicate with test substance. The test substance was a cream waxy pellet and was ground to give a fine powder before analysis

Using a preliminary temperature gradient of 25°C to 300°C at 5°C/min , analysed in triplicate, gave approximate results of 56.0°C,61.3°C and 56.7°C, average value of 57°C.

Using a slower temperature gradient oft 53°C to 63°C at a rate of 0.5°C/min to increase accuracy, the tests substance, analysed in triplicate, gave results of 57.1°C,57.0°C and 56.8°C. The Melting point average, of this test, to be reported is 57°C
