First-aid measures

If inhaled:

Remove from exposure.

Oxygen or artificial respiration if needed.

If symptoms persist, call a physician.

In case of skin contact:

Take off all contaminated clothing immediately.

Wash off with soap and plenty of water.

If symptoms persist, call a physician.

In case of eye contact:

Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, also under the eyelids.

If easy to do, remove contact lens, if worn.

If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.

If swallowed:

Rinse mouth with water.

Call a physician immediately.

Do NOT induce vomiting.

Symptoms:

Aspiration may cause pulmonary oedema and pneumonitis.

Treatment:

There is no specific antidote available.

Treat symptomatically.

Dry powder, carbon dioxide, foam and water mist.

Methods for cleaning up:

Contain spillage, soak up with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite) and transfer to a container for disposal according to local / national regulations

Collect mechanically and dispose in suitable container for disposal.

After cleaning, flush away traces with water.

Ventilate the area.
