Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information):
negative

The substance was not mutagenic in the Ames Test.
Executive summary:

The susbatnce was trested for mutagenicity in an Ames Test. Five strains of Salmonella typhimurium, auxotrophic for histidine, and one of Escherichia coli, auxotrophic for tryptophane, were used. Concentrations of 4 - 5000 µg/plate were tested with and without metabolic activation with rat S9 -mix. In no experiment the number of the induced revertants was the double of spontaneous mutations.
