The substance contains an impurity which is included in the CLP Regulation in the List of harmonised classification and labelling as follows: 
Skin Corrosive, Category 1B: H314: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
Based on the CLP Regulation, since this impurity is present in the substance at a concentration ≥ 1% and < 5%, the substance subject to registration is classified as follows:
Skin irritant, Category 2: H315: Causes skin irritation.
