There are two separate studies available for this end-point, one of which is for two separate species of fish, and the results of these are as follows:

LC50 (96 hr) Guppies & Harlequin fish: 250 – 500 ppm (Brown & Hubble 1969).

LC50 (96 hr) rainbow trout:164 mg/L (Thorpe 1978).

Both of the studies are considered a Reliability 2 and therefore the Thorpe study has been chosen as the Key Study as this has the lowest LC50, hence it can be considered as worst-case.
