Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
LC50(96 h): > 1 mg/L - < 10 mg/L, log Pow (see 4.7.): 4.47

Directive 67/548/EEC: Acute aquatic toxicity N, R 51/53
Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008: Chronic aquatic hazard Category 2
Executive summary:

The 1 mg/L solution of the test item didn´t show any signs of toxicity nor lethality at all observation time points up to 96 hours. Therefore, the NOEC and LC0were laid down as >= 1 mg/lL. The 10 mg/L solution resulted in 100 % mortality of the fish. Therefore the LC50(96) is < 10 mg/L.
